The Infection

"Assuming they're running." Oliver sighed.
"Oh, thanks." Jacen said when he saw.

"Why wouldn't they? You think the... Creatures could of messed with them?" Connor tilted his head.
Dante smiled and nodded at his oldest brother before handing on to Mikey.

"I was thinking more like they'd messed with the people running them..." Oliver said quietly.
Mikey was sitting on his own, hugging his knees to his chest.

"I'm sure we could figure out how to drive one of the bus's?" Conner said softly. "We'll have to stop at a shop and get some food though."
Dante sat Mikey's food by him before sitting next to him himself. "Hey Mikey."

"I guess one of us could..." Oliver nodded. "Might be hard though."
"Hey..." Mikey said quietly.

Conner nodded as he leaned back in his seat. "I'm sure we can figure something..."
"How you doing?" Dante asked softly.

"I hope so." Oliver agreed.
"Well...I'd be better if I hadn't had to hide in a tree." Mikey muttered. "Was sick of having to do that already..."

"At least eight good minds here." Conner said, "We'll think of something."
Dante sighed for his friend, "Sorry Mikey..."

"True, true." Oliver agreed. "Probably not until everyone's more relaxed though.
"For what?" Mikey asked.

"How will we be able to relax though brother?" Conner asked.
"You got stuck outside in the middle of the... Attacks."

"No idea." Oliver admitted, sighing.
"Oh, yeah...but that's not your fault." Mikey said.

"If only it was quieter outside..." Conner sighed softly.
"I still feel bad you got stuck out there though." Dante said to his friend.
